Professionalism. When selling your home, no need to worry about the details. For each listing, I always use a professional photographer and videographer. And, your home will always be presented using the latest technology along with tried-and-true traditional marketing.
The first step is to schedule an in-person meeting at your home. This allows me to see your home's condition, view updates and better assess the value. After my walkthrough, we will discuss your timing to sell, motivation for selling and review the standard listing agreement. We will also review the Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) that I prepared for our meeting. If any adjustments need to be made, I will do that while in your home. This helps us to determine an accurate listing price.
Sign Listing Agreement.
Once we have agreed on a listing price and other terms, we will review the listing agreement, property disclosures, HOA disclosures and any other necessary documents.
Pre-Listing Preparation.
Now it's time to prepare your home to maximize the return on your investment. Sometimes that are small things that can be done that will make your home more attractive to potential buyers. Whether it's staging, decluttering, organizing or painting - we are in this together. I will suggest changes to make your home stand out among other listings. Once your home is ready for listing, I will meet a professional photographer to take all listing photos. These will be used online to attract buyers.
Marketing.

Negotiations.
When offers are presented, it's my job to share and review all of them with you. If we are in a multiple offer situation, I will present all offers using a spreadsheet and visual charts outlining each offer. If there are any back-and-forth negotiations, I will continue to share the features and benefits of your home and at the same time, watch the market for any changes in value.
Towards Closing.
Once your home is under contract, I will attend all scheduled inspections, appraisals and additional buyer's showings. I will be your guide throughout the entire process. With the help of my transaction coordinator, we will work towards a timely and smooth closing.
